2013 Activity Schedule
May 15th: Opening Day
Welcome Back! We open for the season on Wednesday, May 15th at 1 PM.
May 17-19: Two-For-One Special/ Welcome Back Pot Luck Supper
Pay for one night and your second night is free. Advanced reservations required.
Come and enjoy our Saturday night Pot Luck Supper and help us celebrate the start of the 2013 camping season.
May 24-27: Memorial Day Weekend
Join us for a weekend full of activities! Fun for all! – Glow n Go Hayride, Flashlight Candy Hunt, Horseshoe Tournament, Family Softball Game, Sunday Morning Breakfast ($) and much more! Our Heated Pool will be open for the season.
May 31-June 2: Two-For-One Special / Spruce Up Your Site Weekend
Pay for one night and your second night is free. Advanced reservations required for discount.
This Weekend is dedicated to sprucing up the campground. Tidy up your site, clean the RV, plant some flowers, etc. Let’s make Pine Haven the most attractive campground in New Hampshire! After an afternoon of sprucing up, join us for a Hamburger/Hot Dog Cookout. We provide the burgers, hot dogs, and rolls, you bring some fixings, drinks, or side dishes.
June 7-9: Laconia Bike Week / Cribbage Tournament
Laconia Bike Week begins on June 8th and runs through June 16th. For more information visit their website.
Join us for our cribbage tournament on Saturday evening. All abilities welcome.
June 14-16: Father’s Day Weekend / Quechee Hot Air Balloon Fest/ Last Weekend of Laconia Bike Week
The weekend is special for Dads! Bring Dad to our Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundaes and Dad’s Ice Cream is free!

If you haven’t visited Laconia Bike Week, this is your last weekend. Bike Week ends on Sunday, June 16th
June 21-23: Friday Night Movie / Adult Bingo/ Super Hero Day
Join us on Friday night for a movie (Movie TBA at a later date)
Calling all Super Heroes to craft class. Make a Shield or Cape ($)
On Saturday evening we will have a bingo game for adults only.
June 28-30: Dinosaur Weekend
We’ll have lots of Dinosaur related activities like Find the Dinosaur Eggs, Dinosaur Coloring Contest, and Making Dinosaur Headbands.
July 4-7: July 4th Weekend
Let the 4th of July festivities begin! Pie eating contest, Bicycle parade, Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundaes, and lots more. Check at the office for a schedule of local fireworks displays.
July 12-14: Cheryl the Clown/Warren Old Home Days
Cheryl the Clown returns to Pine Haven. Enjoy the games, facepainting, hairbeading, and more
Also this weekend, enjoy a weekend full of activities at the Warren Old Home Days including a kid’s fishing contest at the Warren Fish Hatchery on Sunday morning.
July 19-21: Chicken Barbecue
Back by popular demand, our own Pine Haven chefs are ready to do it again. Enjoy the delicious chicken, with all the fixins. Buy your tickets no later than July 7th.
July 26-28: Spoof Gabbling Circus/NorthHaverhill Fair / Cribbage Tournament
North Haverhill Fair (beginning on Wednesday, July 25th ) is a great place for family fun.
Come enjoy an evening of juggling, unicycling, and circus entertainment. Fun for the whole family!
August 2-4: Christmas in August
After many requests from campers, we’re adding Christmas in August back into our schedule. We’ll be decorating campsites, so don’t forget to bring some decorations from home. The kids will be decorating Christmas cookies to share with their families. Other activities include a Yankee Gift Swap for the adults (Bring a wrapped $5.00 gift), an Elves Treasure Hunt for the kids, a Glow and Go hayride (red, green, and white glow sticks) and of course, a visit from Santa. If you bring a small, wrapped gift with your child’s name on it, Santa will be sure to see that it is delivered to your child.
August 9-11: Pirates and Princesses Weekend
Ahoy Mateys! This weekend is our Pirate and Princess Weekend. Join us Friday night for a Pirate movie. The fun continues on Saturday with a day filled with Pirate and Princess activities like Pass the Glass slipper and Captain Hook Says. Join us again on Saturday night for a Princess movie. Be sure to bring your favorite pirate or Princess outfits and prepare for a great time.
August 16-18: Sweet Treats Weekend: All things YUMMY!
This weekend is designed for all the chocolate, ice cream and candy lovers out there. We will be selling discounted ice cream all weekend. Also planned is an Ice Cream Cake Raffle, Flashlight Candy Hunt, Guess How Many Candies in a Jar Contest and Find the Golden Ticket Contest. Join us Saturday Night for a Pot Luck Dessert Social and a movie (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – Rated G).
August 23-25: Where the Wild Things Are
Join us this weekend as we celebrate the last weekend before Labor Day and the beginning of the new school year. It’s the time to have some crazy fun! Join us for Crazy Bingo, a Wet and Wild Hayride, a Crazy Hat Contest, Wet Sponge Tag, a Toilet Plunger Race, and a Knockout Tournament
August 30-Sept. 2: Labor Day Weekend
Help us celebrate the traditional end of the summer season with lots of games and activities, including our Annual Horseshoe Tournament, Kid’s Crafts, Flashlight Candy Hunt, and more! Enjoy our breakfast ($) on Sunday morning. This is the last weekend the pool will be open, so jump in and enjoy one last swim.
October 11-14: Halloween Weekend
This is the last “big” weekend of the 2013 season. Bring your costumes and some Halloween candy for the kids. We will be decorating sites and trick or treating. If you are brave enough, take a trip through the spook house and go for a ride on the Haunted Hayride. Sunday morning is our Pot Luck breakfast and pinata.
